MY TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE


I am a UKCP, HIPC registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist. I gained my Masters at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). I started in 2005 working in charities (Kids Company, RCPS) and within the Mental Health departement of Barnet, Enfiled and Haringey NHS hospital. Since 2010, I have established my private practice providing therapy in English, French and Italian.

 I am a tutor, assessor and reflective practionner for the professional training in: "Child Therapeutic Wellbeing Practice and Therapeutic Counselling for Children, Young People, Families and Communities" at the University of East London, IATE, The Wellbeing Faculty since 2017. Thus ensuring that I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Languages Available

With fluency in English, French and Italian, I offer a culturally diverse and inclusive approach to therapy. I am informed byt the TADF Racial, Cultural Anti-Disciminatory Competencies Framework which is integral to my therapeutic approach.

Registered Provider

I provide short and long term therapy for young people (age 16) and adults. As a registered provider for Bupa, Axa PPP, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and CBT Clinics, you can trust in my commitment to your mental health and well-being.

Initial Consultation

 During the first meeting, we will assess if this is the right therapy and together, agree on a course of sessions. Our sessions are 50 minutes long and typically scheduled at the same time each week for an agreed period of time online or face to face.

My Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy

My integrative approach combines Relational and Humanistic Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT and EMDR. I provide a trauma-informed care, focusing on supporting clients in developing strategies to build resilience and work through childhood issues and personal developement challenges.

The Arts

I offer a range of services aimed at assisting clients in expressing themselves non-verbally. In addition to traditional therapy techniques, I sometimes incorporate the Arts to help individuals explore their emotions and experiences beyond the limitations of words. This holistic approach allows clients to find new ways of self-expression.

I specialize in helping young adults and adults with conditions such as anger management, divorce, depression, postnatal depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, disordered eating, PTSD, phobias, sexual, emotional and physical abuse, stress and burnout, loss and bereavement, unemployment and redundancy.
